By Silverdale School.
Our lion cub represents Silverdale School’s position in the rural-urban fringe of Southwest Sheffield, whilst alluding to the diverse communities our students are drawn from.
On the design, famous street trees lead on to the urban sprawl.
Local media is transformed into a collage on the cub. The seven hills surround the city, and figures can be found ascending the peaks to success.
In the air drifts the rich, musical heritage of Sheffield, with inspiring lyrics by local hero Richard Hawley.
