Roger – The Stocksbridge Lion is designed by Y10 students, and reflects the strength of a lion’s pride, and the grit of Yorkshire.
Bold colours, African-inspired patterns and inspirational words such as ‘Pride’, ‘Grit’, ‘Brave’ and ‘Strong Together’ celebrate Sheffield’s resilience and community spirit, while varied typography represents individuality within unity.
This design honours the courage of children, and our collective support of Sheffield Children’s Hospital.
