Samantha Groom is a Sheffield based artist and printmaker who creates vibrant, bold and playful one-off abstract relief prints and illustrative collages onto paper, fabric and wood. Her work is inspired by process and play, memories and imagery of childhood and the desire to bring optimism and joy to the viewer.

She has exhibited widely in group and solo exhibitions, has twice won the Derbyshire open art printmaking prize and regularly runs printmaking workshops throughout Yorkshire and the North of England.
