Crookes Community Performers are a fun, inclusive group who love developing self-confidence through theatre. Applaws was designed by our members with illustrations representing the five pantomimes and four mini musicals we’ve staged so far.
Its intentionally chaotic style reflects the huge range of characters brought to life by our members, the wide variety of skills they’ve demonstrated and the lifelong memories they’ve gained along the way.
We also had to pay homage to the most flamboyant pantomime character, the dame!
