Artist Holly Greenwood was inspired by the flowers and greenery she sees every day, from well-kept gardens, to wildflower patches growing along footpaths.
The lion represents strength and pride, while his all-over florals bring softness, energy and optimism. By wrapping the sculpture in these vibrant patterns, it brings these two worlds together to create something that feels powerful, playful and welcoming.

Holly Greenwood is a visual artist and muralist known for her vibrant, uplifting designs that celebrate nature, florals and creativity.

Holly has worked with local councils, community groups and more creating exciting painted projects. The REASON
Pride of Yorkshire supports children like Felicity from Doncaster.
Felicity was transported to Sheffield by Embrace (ambulance service) and had multiple surgeries after being born with Hydrops Fetalis (accumulation of fluid).
