Sanna Florence is an artist and content creator whose focus isn’t about making art but inspiring others to create. Through workshops and her popular online platforms Sanna Florence encourages others to create for the joy of creating rather the outcome, sharing creative ideas and techniques which anyone irrespective of experience can try.
Much of Sanna’s work is focused on mindful drawing. Mindful drawing calms the mind, soothes the soul and fosters self-expression. It’s an art form that focuses on creating without pressure, perfectionism or the need for artistic experience. Mindful drawing is about more than making art, it’s about finding flow and embracing the joy of the process.
