Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers from across Girlguiding South Yorkshire were asked to design a lion cub showcasing the adventures they’ve had as a member of Girlguiding.
These designs were combined to show as many girls’ views as possible and their ideas have been painted onto the body of Olave the cub.
The feet, ears and tail are covered in finger-painted dots added by girls from different units across the county to ensure girls are at the heart of the design, just as they are in Girlguiding!
