Inspired by artist Lydia Bennett’s childhood love of circuses, The Greatest Show of Bravery puts a cast of bold, bright and brilliant characters on display to showcase just how strong they are. This courageous crew don’t let anything stop them, and find power in what makes them different.
This design is a tribute to the resilience and strength of patients at Sheffield Children’s.
The artist
Lydia Bennett
Lydia Bennett is a Sheffield-based artist and illustrator that creates spooky, cute and colourful designs inspired by a love of Halloween.
Her work is full of whimsy, childlike wonder and nostalgia, and tends to feature little ghosts and skeletons partaking in daily tasks and, occasionally, sleeping.
