Our design is inspired by traditional African mud cloth, which use bold patterns and symbols to tell stories.
Each student at Delta St Wilfrid’s Academy created their own unique design – using the African mud cloth style and based on the contours and flowing lines of the hills and landscape of Yorkshire, including the Three Peaks, which staff have walked as part of our fundraising.
By combining these inspirations, our design connects art, place and purpose, showing how creativity can help to support an important cause.
