Volunteers

Two people, a lioness and a child. Another child is running towards them

Pride of Yorkshire is Sheffield Childrenโ€™s Hospital Charityโ€™s most ambitious campaign yet. This 300-sculpture strong art trail will unite the region in a celebration of art, community and Yorkshire pride, and will bring colour and creativity to Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and Doncaster throughout the summer of 2026.

Weโ€™re now looking for an incredible team of volunteers to support us in making it happen. Whether you prefer to work behind-the-scenes completing practical tasks, or want to be in the spotlight helping us to set-up and run events โ€“ thereโ€™s a role for you.

Volunteering for Pride of Yorkshire is a chance to be part of something truly special, to meet new people, and will help Sheffield Childrenโ€™s Hospital Charity in making a real different for children and families right across South Yorkshire and beyond.

Weโ€™re looking to hear from people with a range of skills, availability of interests. Below, youโ€™ll find a list of roles for volunteers within Pride of Yorkshire and links to fill in our Get Involved form.

“It was great fun to meet new people and have interesting conversations with them.”
